Our typical WCA Candidate Forums during election years were very popular face-to-face, interactive, informative “speed dating” experiences. Due to Covid, we must hold our forums virtually.

Candidates will have an opportunity to share brief introductory comments, and then address pre-submitted community questions. All candidates have been invited and scheduled first-come.

Council Dist. 1 includes “wet side” Waimea to the east of Pu’unani IV Subdivision,  and also east of White Road - and also most of the Hamakua Coast.  

The community is invited to submit a question relevant to this Council race by June 17. Please email WaimeaCommunityAssociation@gmail.com.
