Join scientists from around Hawai'i as we explore our island, our world, and the vast expanses of space. Each video describes research being done here in Hawai'i that broadens our understanding of our world. Combined, this research helps astronomers using the Maunakea Observatories and the James Webb Space Telescope to look for life in our universe.

Key Information

  • Dates: November 22st-January 2nd
    Location: Walk begins at the corner of Pukalani Rd and Ala 'Ohi'a Road in Waimea (aka the Bypass Road)
    Note: The Hawai'i Science Walk will "close" after 3pm on Saturday, December 4th for the Waimea Christams Parade occuring on Ala 'Ohi'a that evening.
