Ideally VOTE BY MAIL ballots will have been returned by mail by about Halloween, or taken BEFORE 7pm, Tues., Nov. 5, 2024 to a secure ballot drop box (Waimea and Kapa’au Police Stations or Waikoloa Village Community Center next to golf course). There are drop boxes elsewhere around every island - see website link below for more locations and details.
